1. Transmission device: It is mainly powered by an electric motor, and the reducer reduces speed and increases torque. The sprocket and scraper chain form an infinite chain transmission system, which transmits power to the scraper chain.
2. Scraper chain: It is assembled from many scrapers, connecting rings, and bolts. One side of the scraper is in contact with the middle groove plate, playing a role in scraping and transporting materials. The protruding part of the connecting ring serves as a guide.
3. Middle groove: assembled from groove steel, middle plate, and connecting pins.
4. Head frame: It is welded together from side plates, bottom plates, and other parts. Its side is used to fix the reducer and blind shaft assembly, and the tail end is connected to the transition groove.
5. Tail frame and tail shaft: They are the rotating devices of the scraper chain.
| USAGE AND MAINTENANCE |
1. During operation, carefully check the operation of the chain plate, the tightness of the chain, and whether the chain is properly engaged with the head wheel.
2. The work surface should be kept in a straight line. If the working surface is not straight, it will cause uneven tension between the two chains, resulting in uneven wear of the chains or causing the bottom chain to fall off, get stuck, or break.
3. The conveyor should be laid flat. It can reduce the wear of the chute and decrease power consumption.
4. Check the vibration of the hydraulic coupling when starting the conveyor, and regularly clean the protective cover plate and liquid
5.During the inspection process, personnel should stand in a safe position and are prohibited from probing any part of their body into the scraper or box.
